Due to the personalised nature of the products we sell, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns in any circumstances other than an error made on our part. Should this occur, you have 30 days upon receipt of the product to contact us via email at RJ@pbprints.co.uk and let us know of the mistake. We accept no liability after the 30 days have past. We will need your name, order number and details of the error in order to proceed. An investigation will then take place and pending the final result, a credit will be issued within 14 days of the first initial contact. Should any further costs be ecrued during the investigation (postage costs) then these will also be refunded.
